Discover the Power of Music at Immanuel Music School

Immanuel Music School offers private, personalized music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. Eric Barlaan brings more than 20 years of teaching and performance experience and adapts each lesson to the student's current level, goals, and musical interests.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Diploma in Music Synthesis from Berklee College of Music.

At Immanuel Music School, Eric offers private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, organ, and music theory. Students can explore classical, jazz, contemporary, worship, and other styles that fit their goals.

Lessons are held weekly at Immanuel Lutheran Church in San Jose, providing a welcoming space to learn, grow, and make music with confidence.

​Immanuel Music School serves students from Willow Glen, Campbell, Santa Clara, and nearby San Jose communities. Beginners, returning musicians, and advanced students receive personalized instruction from Eric.
